ASSOCIATION SERVICES GROUP, LLC GROWS BY 35 PERCENT IN 2022

LaGrange, GA (December 15, 2022) — Association Services Group, LLC, (ASG) added six new non-profit association clients in 2022. To accompany the growth rate of nearly 40 percent, the association management firm also hired three new team members.

Katie Oxford, CAE and CEO, says she is proud to see ASG expanding services to new clients.  “We’re honored to have been selected to partner with these organizations,” she said. “They are trusting us to carry out their vision, and ASG has lessons from our long-term successes to guide the way.”

Oxford and two partners, Caitlin Hyatt, COO, and Samantha Kilgore, CMO, purchased the company from founder Charles Hall in October 2021. After the acquisition, the new owners put a special focus on growth.

“We met in February with the entire staff team for a strategic planning summit that hinged on our word of the year: growth,” Kilgore recalls. “Our goals were to position our team members for growth personally and within the company, to help our clients grow their existing programs, and to organize the company operationally for growth as well.”

As a result, ASG spent much of 2022 investing in its staff professional development, and in adding new team members to the communications, meetings and events, and member services teams.

“We’re ending the year with high morale and high engagement with both each other and our clients,” said Caitlin Hyatt.  “We’re passionate about continuing to offer the highest level of service to all of our partners in 2023.”
