  Program Services Coordinator (2 Positions Available)

The Program Services Coordinator position functions in a key role to support ASG Executive Directors and single project clients with administrative, communications, membership services and meeting support. This position will provide the services outlined in the full job description based on the needs of ASG clients. From time to time this position may have additional duties or responsibilities assigned for similar member services, administrative and/or conference coordination assistance. Assignment Coordinator

The Assignment Coordinator position will report directly to a Program Manager. The ideal person for this position will be a disciplined self-starter who is very comfortable working within a very small team as well as being able to work independently and efficiently while performing multiple tasks. A successful individual in this position will be able to perform Assignment Coordination, which requires multi-tasking and heavy customer/contractor interaction as well as the willingness to carry a company provided cell phone and the ability to deal with related after-hours/weekend communication (calls, emails, text). To learn more about this position, click here.
