  • Your RFP document
    This outlines the scope of services you’re seeking and allows us to understand your expectations, timelines, and priorities.

  • Recent financial statements
    This helps us assess operational scale and staffing needs, and ensures we can recommend an appropriate service model and level of support.

  • Your strategic plan (if available)
    This provides insight into your organization’s goals, challenges, and future direction—allowing us to align our recommendations with where you want to go.
     

Providing these materials upfront allows our team to prepare a more accurate, relevant, and meaningful response for you.
