ASG Leadership Team

Kelley has been with ASG for 13+ years as Director of Conference Services, bringing more than 15 years of meeting and event management experience with a specialty in contract negotiations and budget management, and is especially passionate about site selection and negotiating terms that protect and benefit her clients. She is a Certified Meeting Professional and holds a Certificate in Meeting Management. Outside of work, Kelley enjoys antiquing, quilting, cross-stitch, and spoiling her niece and nephews.

Lauren has been with ASG for 1.5 years as a Meetings Coordinator, bringing experience in conference services and large-scale event coordination, with particular strength in vendor relations, sponsorships, and onsite logistics. Outside of work, Lauren spends time with her children on their farm, caring for animals, baking, and gardening, and stays active in volunteer roles in her small town of Hogansville.

Sherri joined ASG in July 2026 as a Member Services Coordinator, bringing more than 30 years of office management experience across bookkeeping, event planning, and executive support, plus recent experience in social media and marketing. She's known for keeping things organized and moving forward, with a servant heart and a passion for helping people succeed. She's currently working toward her CTSM certification. Outside of work, Sherri loves cooking, reading, planning parties for friends and family, and spending time with her three pets.

Cathe has been with ASG for 4 years as an Account Manager, bringing 25 years of Human Resources experience, with strengths in event planning and workflow streamlining and a focus on building client memberships. Outside of work, Cathe enjoys camping, kayaking, and fishing.

Stephanie has been with ASG for 12 years as a Senior Accountant, bringing a background in engineering along with 25 years of accounting experience to her work. She holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Georgia Tech and is a QuickBooks Certified User. Outside of work, Stephanie is a cat lover who enjoys reading and building with Legos.

Jenna has been with ASG for 8.5 years as an Account Manager, bringing an organized, detail-oriented, and personable approach to her work in customer service, event planning, and logistics. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in journalism, giving her a strong communications foundation that carries into her client work. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys watching sports, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Kennedy joined ASG in July 2025 as a Meetings Coordinator, focusing on meetings and events and drawing on a hospitality background to make the attendee experience feel effortless. She previously built her career in luxury hotel food and beverage management, with internships at Aramark and Wyndham, and holds a degree in Hospitality Management from James Madison University. Outside of work, Kennedy and her husband recently moved to Georgia and enjoy exploring the state and spending time by the pool or beach.

Randee has been with ASG for 3 years as a Meetings Coordinator, bringing strong AV knowledge to her work along with expertise in meeting planning, site selection, and website support for events, and plays a key role with ASG's Event in a Box program. Outside of work, Randee enjoys photography, running sound at her church, playing volleyball, and spending time with her 3 pups.

Rhonda has been with ASG for 7 years as a Meetings Specialist, bringing hands-on meeting planning expertise to her work with clients. Outside of work, Rhonda spends time with family and friends and loves the beach and the mountains.

Reilly joined ASG full-time in May 2026 as a Member Services Coordinator, following an internship with the team, and brings a background in agribusiness to her focus on operational support and behind-the-scenes logistics. She holds a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, Reilly loves spending time with her dogs and her family.

Kelley has been with ASG for 1 year as a Member Services Coordinator, bringing a collaborative approach and strong organizational skills to the operational and strategic sides of association management, with a passion for helping associations become more member-centered while making internal operations less chaotic. Outside of work, Kelley recharges through fitness, music, reading, and traveling with family and friends.

Jessica joined ASG in June 2026 as a Member Services Coordinator, bringing strong people and networking skills built from more than 8 years working as a barista, along with a background in interdisciplinary studies focused on special education and psychology. She enjoys the variety of associations she supports and the different people she meets through the work. Jessica holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys video games, Lego sets, bowling, and time with her people and her cat.

Steena has been with ASG for 10 years (on and off) as Executive Operations Coordinator, bringing a jack-of-all-trades approach across project management, communications, board management, meeting planning, and administration. She's the team's go-to fill-in-the-gap person, adapting quickly to whatever a project needs, and enjoys applying best practices learned from different clients and teams. Outside of work, Steena stays busy with her 4- and 2-year-old and serves on the leadership team of her church's Ladies ministry group.

Gina has been with ASG for 4 years as Office & Accreditation Manager, though her history with the company goes back further — she's worked with ASG off and on since 2005 for 15 total years, with a focus on taking care of the customer and the details. She holds a Certificate in Management from AMA. Outside of work, Gina lives on West Point Lake in LaGrange with her husband and enjoys time with her five grown children, 10 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren

Sarah Ann returned to ASG in October 2025 and now leads marketing and drives business development while overseeing the ASG communications team. She's passionate about branding, marketing, and storytelling. Sarah Ann holds a CAPM certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of North Alabama. Outside of work, she's an avid reader, traveler, and lifelong learner. She spend time with her husband, Micah, and four cats.

Beth has been with ASG for 20 years as Account Manager/Executive Director, bringing deep expertise in produce food safety, particularly applying food safety practices in fields and packing facilities. She's most passionate about member outreach and connecting people to resources, and holds a BS in Agricultural Communications and an MS in Food Science. She's a Produce Safety Alliance Certified Trainer, PCQI, and HACCP certified. Outside of work, Beth spends time with family, volunteers at her church, sings, cooks, and travels.

Kim joined ASG in June 2026 as an Accounting Clerk, bringing more than 20 years of accounting experience, including roles at LaGrange College and Sysco. She holds a degree in Criminology and has deep experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and HR, and enjoys helping people navigate their financial needs. Outside of work, Kim rides her Harley, spends time at the lake in the family's Fifth Wheel, and is a music fanatic — though most of her free time belongs to her 3-year-old grandson, River.

Julie has been with ASG for 5 months as an Accounting Clerk, bringing several years of accounting experience with a focus on financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting organizational goals. She holds a graduate degree in Accounting. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with family.

Courtney has been with ASG for 6 years as Assignment Coordinator, working closely with GATES to provide authentic interpreting experiences that bridge communication between deaf and hearing individuals. She's fluent in American Sign Language and has spent those 6 years coordinating ASL interpreting services. Courtney graduated from California State University, Northridge with a concentration in American Sign Language.

Lanie has been with ASG for approaching 2 years as an Account Executive, bringing a blend of association leadership, advocacy, strategic planning, and agricultural industry experience to her work, with a focus on government affairs, stakeholder relationships, and coalition building. Before ASG, she co-founded Thunderwood Farms with her husband and holds a B.S. in Horticulture from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, Lanie and her husband run Thunderwood Farms, and she enjoys gardening, playing piano, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Emma has been with ASG for 4 years as Client Communications Coordinator, focused on elevating organizational visibility, strengthening member engagement, and building cohesive, modern brand identities for the associations she supports, with particular strength in social media strategy and consistent digital messaging. She holds a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Sports Marketing from Kennesaw State University. Outside of work, Emma loves to cook, garden, and spend time with her husband and their dog, along with country music concerts and a good book.

Charley has been with ASG for 2 years as an Association Manager, bringing a strong background in agriculture through both her education and professional experience, and is most passionate about building strong relationships with clients and truly understanding their associations and goals. She holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Communications with a minor in Agribusiness and is active with GSAE. Outside of work, Charley spends time with family, walks her dog Zuke, and serves in her church's children's ministry.

April has been with ASG for 3 years as an Accounting Clerk, bringing 30 years of progressive banking and accounting experience to her work helping clients track and understand their financial information. She holds 7 Certificates of Completion from the American Institute of Banking and is a Notary Public for the State of Alabama. Outside of work, April enjoys hiking, gardening, and home remodeling.

Julia has been with ASG for nearly a year as a Member Services Coordinator, bringing more than 10 years of customer service and leadership experience, including a decade in retail management, to her work maintaining membership databases and supporting member renewals and retention. She holds a bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Outside of work, Julia loves reading, hiking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Grace has been with ASG for 2 years as a Member Services Coordinator, bringing experience as a Content Creator and Event Lead for Valdosta Country Club to her focus on creative design and client relations. She attended Valdosta State University and is CPR and Scuba certified. Outside of work, Grace enjoys DIY and home projects, cooking, pickleball, and live music.

Harrison has been with ASG for 3 years as a Client Communications Coordinator, bringing a passion for digital communications and media creation to his work optimizing clients' online presence through social media strategy and website management. Before ASG, he spent two years as a Social Media Coordinator with Georgia-based nonprofits, and holds master's degrees in Strategic Communication and Professional Writing. Outside of work, Harrison enjoys reading, travel, and an annual autumn camping trip to West Virginia.

Liberty has been with ASG for 1 year as a Client Communications Coordinator, bringing a background in marketing and design to her work on websites, email, and social media. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from UGA and an MBA from Georgia Southern University. Outside of work, Liberty enjoys reading, thrifting, and finding a good limited series, along with time with family, friends, and her dog, Margot.

Jennifer has been with ASG for 7 years as an Account Executive, after first joining as a summer intern during college, with her work centered on state legislative affairs and advocacy for agriculture-focused trade associations. She holds a BA in Political Science and Management and is a member of GSAE and ASAE. Outside of work, Jennifer is active at her church in LaGrange, and she and her husband are working toward visiting all of the U.S. National Parks.

Chelsea has been with ASG for 3.5 years, growing into her current role as Association Manager after starting as a Member Services Coordinator. She brings a background in agribusiness and a lifetime of involvement in associations to her work, and holds a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys being on the farm, riding horses, and working cattle.

Grace Anne recently joined ASG as a Client Marketing and Business Development Specialist, bringing six years of experience developing integrated campaigns, driving audience engagement, and telling compelling brand stories across digital channels, including social media management and event planning. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. Outside of work, Grace Anne enjoys photography, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica has been with ASG for 1.5 years as a Communications Specialist, bringing a strong academic and professional foundation in agricultural communications, including bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Communications and Agricultural Leadership and a master's in Agricultural Communications. Before ASG, she spent 2.5 years as Communications Director for the Department of Poultry Science at the University of Arkansas, and she is certified in Social Media Marketing. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, hiking, hammocking, and hunting.

Brittney returned to ASG in May 2026 as an Account Manager, after previously spending 8 years with the team, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the meetings and events industry and a passion for continuous learning and meaningful engagement. She holds a BSBA in Business Management from Auburn University. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and their cats, and watching Auburn sports.

Christina has been with ASG for 2 years as a Customer Service & Accounting Assistant I, bringing 19 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable and QuickBooks, plus 15 years of customer service experience, to her focus on providing excellent service to clients. Outside of work, Christina loves to travel, sew, kayak, and hike.
